D.O.D. Arms is a weapons company owned / operated by Max Sharp, and what would appear to be the sponsor of floors 1-10 in the Tower, where it is primarily found.
D.O.D. Arms is a sister / subsidary company of Sharp's family business, the hardware store "DIY Or Die.".
All "weapons" and armor in this brand are improvised weapons crafted from hardware tools and other civilian items commonly found in the Midwest United States, with a strong "slasher flick" theme.
D.O.D. Arms armor is commonly weak to piercing / ranged weapons, while stronger against everything else.
