The Mushroom Magistrate, formerly known as Momoko Yamada, is the second ally you meet in the Tower of Barbs, and once you reveal yourself to be a fellow believer in the power of mushrooms, she will support you from the Waiting Room.
Services she provides:
- Sells you decals
- Buys decals off you
- Lets you swap skillshrooms for specific decals
- Add / remove decals from your fighter
- Mushroom Stew
Her mushroom stew costs a hefty 50,000 KC (And therefore, is not accessible to the player unless they've upgraded their bank at least once) but is guaranteed to contain a Premium Decal, which can be recycled indefinitely.
If nothing else, her advice is sound.
